Cochlear® Celebration 2011 was another amazing event filled with friends, family and opportunities to learn. This year was extra special as we welcomed both Nucleus Cochlear Implant and Baha friends and families. Special guest speakers included Jim Patrick, Cochlear's chief scientist, and Tom Sullivan, an inspirational actor, singer and entertainer who refused to be fenced in by his disability.
Festivities were enjoyed by all at the private party at Disney's Hollywood Studios. From the dinner to the dancing and thrilling rides, it was definitely a night to remember.

Celebration 2009 in beautiful Anaheim, CA was another Celebration event to remember. Cochlear Chief Scientist and first employee, Jim Patrick, talked about the history behind the development of the cochlear implant, how far the technology has come, and the potential for the future.
Special guest Kassie DePavia, star on daytime television's One Life to Live and a parent of a bilateral cochlear implant recipient, shared her story and met with guests one on one at Celebration 2009.
Our Private Party at Disneyland’s Big Thunder Festival arena was a special night for all. We enjoyed dinner and dessert as we counted down to a beautiful firework display in the late evening.
