Hear Always is a partnership between Cochlear Americas and clinics to provide direct technical support for external equipment, accessories and assistive listening needs.

For Baha users, Hear Always will provide troubleshooting assistance and create the RMA when necessary. Hear Always will also take payment for repair and service contracts directly from the recipient.
