Nucleus Freedom provides the widest range of programs and both Freedom BTE options are now available in 6 colors: pink, blue, beige, silver, brown and black.
The flexible modular design means you can swap between the BTE and Bodyworn easily, a great feature for growing kids.
Standard BTE

The Standard BTE features a NEW
rechargeable battery option - as well as water-resistance, sleek curves
and slim design for a comfortable fit. Freedom users achieve up to 5
days of battery life with disposable batteries and up to 3 days with
rechargeable batteries.
Mini BTE
Small and powerful
Powered by just two
disposable HP 675 batteries, the discreet Mini BTE provides up to 4
days of battery life; 80% of that offered with the standard BTE.2 The
Mini BTE can be personalized by a quick click of the cover to change
the color panels.
The Mini™ BTE is 12% shorter than the standard BTE; 29% shorter than the Auria™ with PowerCel™
Rechargeable and Disposable Battery Options
Nucleus Freedom is the only cochlear implant to offer
three sound processor choices and both disposable and rechargeable
power options. Freedom users achieve up to five days of battery life
with disposable batteries and up to three days with rechargeable
batteries1. Recipients can chose to use one option exclusively, or a combination of the two, depending on their preference and lifestyle.
